About Kaiser Permanente of WA Health Insurance Plans

Founded in 1947, Group Health Cooperative, which is now Kaiser Permanente of WA (aka Kaiser of WA) is a consumer-governed, nonprofit health care system that coordinates care and coverage.  Based in Seattle, Wash., Kaiser of WA and its subsidiary health carriers serve more than half a million residents of Washington state and Idaho.

Kaiser of WA offers ACA/Obamacare individual/family plans and small group health plans. Individual/family plans are offered ON and OFF the WA Health Plan Finder exchange.

To find a provider in the appropriate network in your area go to the Kaiser of WA Find a Doctor page. On this page you can sign is as a Member to search for your specific plan. You can also do a “Quick Search.”

Kaiser of WA Member Tools, Resources and Plan Highlights

NEW! Kaiser Permanente now offers a simple three-step tool to estimate fees for common health services. 

If you’re an existing member on a deductible HMO plan, you can request an estimate of fees for common health services based on your current health plan. If you’re not sure what type of deductible plan you have, call the number on the back of your member ID card for more information.

You can also download their Sample Fee List to view these charges.
