Individual ACA Plans State Availability
Aetna offers individual ACA health insurance plans in 12 states currently. On exchange plans are offered on the Federal Marketplace and the state exchanges in states with their own exchange. Individual plans in all states except Arizona are referred to as Aetna/CVS Health plans. In Arizona the plans are partnered with Banner Health and are called Banner/Aetna plans.

Aetna Small Group Plans Information
Aetna offers small group health insurance plans in most states. The plans offered are called the Aetna Funding Advantage (AFA) plan. The Aetna Funding Advantage plan gives your business exactly what it needs: the opportunity to self-fund with a Level Funded plan. You’ll have more control over costs, improved financial stability and increased protection against financial risk.
