LifeSecure Supplemental Plans Member User Guide

In most states we work with LifeSecure to offer their Supplemental Accident and Critical Illness plans.

General Information

Upon approval of your application, you should have received an email from LifeSecure ([email protected]) with your policy number and additional information regarding your new policy. You will get separate emails for their Accident and Critical Illnesses plans, if you have both. 

Your important policy documents, including your detailed Schedule of Benefits, are now available within your LifeSecure Personal Web Portal. To set up your Personal Web Portal, please follow the instructions on this link: “How to Access Your LifeSecure Personal Web Portal”

Once you have logged into your Personal Web Portal, you may review all of your policy documents by following these steps:

1. Click “Your Policy” in the top menu bar. You will see a list of one or more LifeSecure policies in your name.
2. Click the underlined Policy Number of your choice. Details of your coverage will appear on the next screen.
3. On that screen, click the “View Policy Documents” button. You will now be able to view PDFs of all documents related to your policy, including a copy of your original application.

Claims Filing Instructions

All information and forms needed to file a claim for all LifeSecure policies that you have are available within you Personal Web Portal that you created above. However, for your information, I am also including some helpful information here as follows.
