Molina Prescription Coverage and Formulary Information

To check to see if the Molina health plan you have or want covers the prescription drug(s) that you take, start by visiting this Molina Marketplace page. On the top right side of the page, choose the dropdown to select your state. Next, scroll over the dropdowns that say “Individuals and Families” or “Members.” In the dropdown menu choose “Search drugs.” In the pop up box select the Molina health plan that you have or want. A new window will open where you can search for specific prescriptions.
