About Medica Health Insurance Plans

Medica is a non-profit health plan that serves communities in Arizona, Minnesota, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota and Wisconsin. Medica provides health care coverage in the employer, individual, Medicaid and Medicare markets. Medica offers ACA/Obamacare individual/family plans in select midwestern states. 

Medica Individual Plans State Availability

Medica offers their individual and family plans On and Off the exchanges. On exchange plans are offered on the Federal Marketplace.

Medica Provider Networks

Medica has several broad, regional networks that serve members across our eight-state service area, including innovative accountable care organization partnerships with leading provider systems. Medica also offers national coverage to employers who have employees outside Medica’s regional service area. 

To find a provider in one of Medica’s provider network in your area, click on their Find Care page. Click on the type of plan you have. Then click on the network you wish to search in your state. 

Medica Prescription Coverage and Formulary Information

At this time we are not able to provide an online link to review Medica’s prescription formulary. We can provide prescription lists by state on a case by case basis. 

Medica Individual and Family Plan Quotes

Medica Small Group Plan Quotes
