Geisinger offers ACA/Obamacare individual/family plans and small group plans. Individual/family plans are all offered through the Federal Marketplace.

Geisinger Funding Advantage (GFA) are Geisinger’s level funded alternative small group plans.
Effective Jan. 1, 2020, GFA will be available for groups with as few as 5 enrolled subscribers. The same plan designs will be available that you’ve become accustomed to with our existing GFA product. Please be aware that medical questionnaires will be required for groups with 5-9 people enrolled.
For groups with 5-9 enrolled, the PHCS network is available for out-of-area dependents only. For groups with 10-99 enrolled, the PHCS network is available to employees and dependents. The number of out-of-area subscribers may not exceed more than 20% of the total enrolled subscribers.
