Blue Cross Blue Shield of Nebraska (BCBSNE) has provided health care coverage and peace of mind for 80 years. BCBSNE will begin offering ACA/Obamacare individual/family plans in 2023. They currently offer a Short Term Medical plan to individuals. They also offer small group health plans.
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Nebraska Individual Plan Benefits
BCBSNE’s new ACA/Obamacare plans are called Nebraska HeartlandBlue. These plans will be available starting January 1, 2023. Please review this HeartlandBlue brochure for detailed information.

BCBSNE also offers small group health insurance plans. They offer traditional fully insured plans and the opportunity to partially self-fund with a Level Funded plan. Level Funded plans can offer more control over costs, improved financial stability and increased protection against financial risk.
