Select Health is a non-profit health plan in Utah, Idaho, Nevada, and Colorado, serving more than one million members. Together with Intermountain Health, they form a not-for-profit health system committed to going beyond treating illness and injury by encouraging healthy behaviors that can lead to longer, more fulfilling lives.
Select Health offers individual plans on the federal marketplace in Utah and on the state exchanges in Idaho, Nevada, and Colorado. They also offer small group plans in all states.

Select Health Provider Networks
To find a provider in the appropriate network in your area go to the Select Health Find a Doctor Tool. Choose the state where you want to search.
Select Health Prescription Coverage and Formulary Information
To learn more about prescription drug coverage on all Select Health plans go to their Pharmacy page.
If you’re a Select Health member, sign in to your member account. There You will get information specific to your plan, such as:
- Covered drug list (formulary) and estimated out-of-pocket costs
- Pharmacies in your network
- Home delivery options
If you’re not a registered member, go to the section on the above Pharmacy page to select your type of insurance coverage. Individuals and small group plans will use the RxCore lists. Click on your state under RxCore to get more details.
